Five kinds of work. Most people need two.
Custom where your process is the thing that makes you money. Off-the-shelf, set up properly, where it isn't. Telling those two apart is most of the value, and it is the part I do for free.

Custom business apps
Quoting tools, production and job boards, order intake, customer portals, roles and permissions. Built around how your business actually works rather than around a template's idea of it.

Integrations & automation
QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe and email connected so records move on their own. Old systems emptied out cleanly. One page of numbers that agree with each other.

AI inside your business
A workspace set up for the company: connected to your documents, loaded with your prices and templates, with written rules about what may go in and an hour of training so it gets used.

Websites & online stores
Hand-coded, or built properly on Shopify, Wix and Squarespace. Fast, and wired so the enquiry reaches your phone instead of dying in a form nobody checks.

Follow-up & reviews
Every enquiry answered, every finished job asking for a review the way Google's rules actually permit, and a crew that knows where it is going. Ads and SEO on request.
Which one sounds like your week?
Owners usually recognise themselves in one of these six. Pick the closest and it takes you to what I would do about it.
Quotes, orders and jobs
Quoting takes an hour. Orders live in five places. Nobody can say what is in the shop today.
What I do about it →Customers and follow-up
Enquiries arrive and nobody gets back to them. A missed call is a lost job. You never ask for reviews.
What I do about it →Paperwork and numbers
Everything gets re-typed into QuickBooks. Knowing how the month went means a Sunday with Excel.
What I do about it →Team and scheduling
The schedule is a whiteboard and a group chat. Everybody has the admin password. Nothing is written down.
What I do about it →AI you can't get started with
You tried ChatGPT and it didn't stick. Nobody is sure what is safe to paste into it, or where it would help.
What I do about it →Website and getting found
The site is from 2016, the form goes nowhere, and customers have to phone you to get a price.
What I do about it →Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need any of this yet. A process that only exists in one person's head does not get better by being automated — it gets faster at being wrong.
That answer takes me an afternoon instead of a month and it is cheaper for you. I would rather say it than sell around it.
How the work is priced and scoped →What I set up when building would be a waste of your money.
These are the platforms I know well enough to configure properly, connect to each other and hand over. Setting one up correctly is usually a few hundred dollars and a week, not a project.

Not sure which of the five you need?
Tell me how the business runs today. I will tell you which of these is costing you money, which is worth fixing first, and which you can do yourself this week for nothing.
